Hi, there!

My name is Tysheena Conyers, and I cannot tell you how excited I am to be making your acquaintance!

I’ve been in the professional field for over a decade now and if this world has taught me anything that I felt it pertinent to hold onto, it’s this:

  • You learn something from EVERYONE that you meet and work with

  • Integrity is one of the most important attributes to learn, have and maintain no matter what the situation may be

  • You have to find a way to crack a smile in even the most darkest of situations

Both my bachelors and masters degrees are in social work with a concentration in mental and behavioral health. My direct professional experience is primarily in the mental health field in quite a few different positions. I’ve been a mental health therapist in a wide variety of patient acuities and I’ve also been a regional clinic director responsible for overseeing over 100 clinicians across multiple states.

While mental health is a huge passion of mine, I also quickly fell in love with the administrative side of the business! I made it a goal to focus my learning and development on that part of my work and now, all I want to do is share it with the rest of YOU ALL.
